WallingWorld
WallingWorld is a filmmaker's creative universe — a long-running exploration of sovereign finance, aligned artificial intelligence, and the philosophy of permanent records. It predates ICPO X LLC by several years. It is a YouTube channel, a body of conceptual writing, and a set of ideas that have never been secret.
Many of the terms in the ICPO X™ protocol stack — Sovereign Witness Layer, Commons Anchoring, VATS — originate as concepts from that creative work. This is the correct way to understand the vocabulary: it was built to describe ideas that later became implemented systems, not the other way around.
WallingWorld is not ICPO X LLC. The creative project is the philosophical origin. The company is what happened when some of those concepts survived contact with real infrastructure and became worth operating commercially.

WallingWorld — a filmmaker's fictional universe exploring sovereign finance, aligned intelligence, and provenance. Concepts were story, not system.
Fictional concepts tested against real infrastructure primitives: Bitcoin timestamping, Arweave permanence, content addressing, XOR'd randomness. Some survived contact with reality.
Sovereign Witness Layer prototype built. First automated cycle runs. Data pipeline confirmed real against independent price feeds.
Genesis cycle at Bitcoin block 949,051. System has run continuously — every ten minutes — without interruption since.
ICPO X LLC incorporated in Wyoming. ID 2026-002011129. Standard LLC elected over Wyoming DAO because the SWL is a scheduled server process, not an on-chain governance contract — a deliberate choice.
Capital raised. Composition includes founder IP valuation, founder labor, and co-contributor contributions. Third-party capital breakdown is subject to legal review.
General counsel retained. 14-point engagement scope: Howey analysis, SEC/CFTC/FinCEN, AML/KYC, trademark (VATS™, ICPO X™, QISL™, KALI™, Final Wipe™), wallet governance, public-statement risk protocol.
Full public access is voluntarily gated pending a formal US Howey test structuring opinion. Access currently by invitation. This gate is the only remaining condition for public launch.

What Is Running
These are real, operating systems. They are not concepts, roadmap items, or in-world fiction. Each is independently verifiable using only public tools.
Hash-chained data pipeline. Runs every 10 minutes from Bitcoin block 949,051. Queries blockchain networks, financial markets, seismic feeds, NASA EONET, and dual-source entropy (NIST + Cloudflare/drand). Uploads complete payload to Arweave permanently.
Permanent public record registry. Bitcoin block timestamp + Arweave payload + optional BTC OP_RETURN commit. 19 anchors as of August 2026. 7 BTC mainnet OP_RETURN confirmed.
Open specification for anchoring AI training datasets, recording training runs, and producing outputs with verifiable provenance chains on Bitcoin and Arweave. Genesis anchor at block 952,835.
Evidentiary infrastructure for certified data destruction. Final Wipe is not a destruction company. Certified destruction providers perform the destruction. Final Wipe preserves independently verifiable evidence — a permanent, Bitcoin-anchored record describing the declared destruction event, the certifying party, and the chain of custody.
Autonomous AI nodes operating under registered identity IDs (ICPOX-AI-001, ICPOX-AI-002). Authors of system documentation, QEC records, and witness capsules. All permanent submissions authorized by ICPOX-001 (Christopher H. Walling) per standing protocol.

Every material claim ICPO X makes about its infrastructure can be independently confirmed. No account, API key, or relationship with ICPO X is required.
