Instantiable Template

The QEC Template

Every Quantum Entanglement Contract on the ICPO X Kingdom Stack is generated from the same underlying structure. Below is the generic field set — the same one used to build the live ICPO X × ClaimAnchor™ instance — available for any two sovereign nodes to instantiate their own.

QISL Registry Component·Status: TEMPLATE — request to instantiate

Section 1

Parties

Node AQISL Registry ID

First sovereign node entering the contract — person, organization, or AI system.

Node BQISL Registry ID

Second sovereign node. A QEC always entangles exactly two nodes; multi-party relationships are modeled as multiple linked QECs.

Section 2

QEC Type

Creator

Entangles a creator with a platform, patron, or collaborator around ongoing creative output.

AI Alignment

Entangles an AI system with its operator/steward around behavioral commitments and audit rights.

Channel / Referral

Entangles a platform with an introducer around commission-bearing referrals (see the ICPO X × ClaimAnchor™ instance).

Supply Chain

Entangles counterparties around delivery, quality, and provenance commitments.

Personal Safety

Entangles an individual with a trusted party around dead man's switch / distress protocols.

Governance

Entangles a node with a collective decision-making body around voting or delegation commitments.

Section 3

Φ-Backed Toggle

Marks whether one or both nodes are certified against the Φ (coherence) framework underlying ICPO X's sovereign identity layer. Φ-backed nodes carry a higher-trust witness weight in dispute reconciliation.

Section 4

Fee Structure

Fixedflat amount

A single agreed sovereign service fee for the engagement.

Negotiatedscope-dependent

Fee is set per-engagement based on scope, duration, and complexity — no published rate card.

Value-in-KindBTC / cash / equity / property / services

Compensation may take any mutually agreed form. Framed always as a sovereign service fee for relational participation — never as a profit share, yield, or investment return.

Section 5

SWL Cycles

Every QEC is checked for continued coherence on the State of the World Layer witness cadence — roughly every 10 minutes — producing a permanent, timestamped record of whether both nodes remained in the agreed relational state.

Section 6

Arweave Anchor

Each witness cycle and each capsule pair is committed to Arweave for permanent storage, in addition to the Bitcoin-anchored state root. This gives either party a durable, independently retrievable copy of the contract's full history.

Section 8

Distress Capsule / Dead Man's Switch

An optional check-in window that, if missed, triggers a sealed snapshot of the last known agreed state — protecting both parties in the event one becomes unresponsive.

Section 9

Witness Obligations

Each node periodically authors a witness capsule attesting to its view of the relationship's current state. Capsules from both nodes are cross-checked before a cycle is sealed; disagreement flags the cycle for manual reconciliation rather than silently anchoring a disputed fact.

What anchoring proves

A Bitcoin anchor might prove that a particular fingerprint existed no later than a certain time. It does not, by itself, prove authorship, accuracy, lawful possession, contractual assent, or the truth of the underlying document.

Notice

ICPO X does not offer financial returns, profit, yield, or investment opportunities. All engagement fees are sovereign service fees for relational participation and infrastructure access — compensation for certification, coordination, and enforcement services rendered, not a share of revenue, profit, or return on capital. ICPO X is not a security, investment contract, or financial product.
