Baby Shakespeare is objectively terrible at his job. 117,888 parameters — tiny by any standard. Trained on the complete works of William Shakespeare in eight minutes and one second, on a single CPU. His attention weights were intentionally frozen at random initialization — he is a character-frequency model in a transformer-shaped skeleton. He generates formatted nonsense. He cannot write a coherent sentence.
And his entire lifecycle — training corpus, weight initialization, training run, final weights, lineage certificate, honest gap declarations — is cryptographically anchored to Bitcoin and permanently stored on Arweave.
